The Basic package is designed for the agent who is a subscriber to at least one of the major portals and is therefore wasting time each week entering property data multiple times to allow it to be listed on the web sites he uses.

This level also provides the agent with the ability to produce window cards/home open hand outs and allows the generation of SMS messages (although not to multiple recipients simultaneously).

This package has no Customer Relationship Management capabilities and would be suitable for agents who are satisfied with their existing data base management system (although being a web based system, MyDesktop will provide a number of significant advantages) or who do not place a great deal of emphasis on the creation and maintaining of a extensive database of contacts.
