Best Practice

The Best Practice version is built upon the MyDesktop Premium product and focuses on a "Client for Life" philosophy.

This product provides you with:

  • The ability to create Action/Correspondence Plans which may be applied to an appraisal, sale or any type of contact (buyer, tenant, past purchaser)
     
  • Attach documents to Action Plans and have these documents personalised and automatically emailed direct to the contact.
     
  • An integrated Diary/Calendar ensures your tasks in an Action Plan cannot be forgotten.
     
  • Assign any number of Plans to a contact (eg a Buyer Plan, A Tenant Plan and a Vendor Plan can be attached to the same contact simultaneously)
     
  • Milestones in a property transaction (appraisal, listing, sale) automatically update the Action Plan with revised Due Dates.
     
  • Items within an Action Plan can be assigned to different staff members.
